Welcome to Bucky App (the "App"), a social networking platform designed to help you create, share, and achieve your bucket list goals. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App, provided by Tim Eichinger.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Tim Eichinger. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective when posted.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the App

You may use the App to create, share, and discover bucket list goals, connect with other users, and engage with content in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality, security, or backend infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Child Safety Standards

Bucky App is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. In compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards, we explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the App.
• Our Content: All App-related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Backend Services (Google Cloud)

The App uses Google Cloud as its backend to store and process data. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Your data may be stored on Google Cloud servers.
• We are not responsible for Google Cloud outages or service disruptions beyond our control.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tim Eichinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tim Eichinger harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
